Domain registration fee and renewal fee will be borne by infobanc.com. Members do not have to pay any additional fee for domain name registration or business e-mail.

Each eligible member will get necessary anount of web-space for hosting web-site and business e-mail at infobanc's own dedicated server. Infobanc will bear cost of web-hosting. Members need not pay any additional fee for web-space.

InfoBanc will design necessary web-pages and other content based on text and images supplied by members. InfoBanc will also set-up the business e-mail. In effect, members will get a fully functional web-site and business e-mail. Infobanc will also maintain the web-site and business e-mail - Members need not pay any maintenance/service fee.

It is the responsibility of members to supply content about their company and products. Design and lay-out of web-site will be based on templates displayed at infobanc site. Members may select a template from the list available at infobanc site. However, infobanc reserves the right to determine template, theme, style and design of free web-site that suits best the product/service offering of concerned member.

Professional web-designers of infobanc will decide exact number of web-pages to be designed and images to be uploaded based on product mix of concerned member. infobanc is not liable to give any justification or explanation in this regard and members must accept decision of infobanc's professional design team. Members need to provide necessary content and product images to infobanc within 30 days of membership activation

Free Web-Site will be technologically superior with all features as displayed in infobanc site except following, which are available on special request - Mailing List, Live Chat and Payment Gateway. In case any member wants to have these features installed in his/her web-site - he/she should contact infobanc.

Members will be able to make changes in their web-pages by log-in to Website Control Panel. Members will be responsible for all web-content and take necessary care to ensure that content in their web-site does not violate any Indian or International law. Infobanc is not responsible for content in members' web-site.

Members enjoying free web-site shall inform infobanc about performance of web-site and infobanc services from time to time or as and when requested by infobanc. infobanc reserves the right to use such member feedback in its web-site or as promotional matter.

Infobanc reserves the right to run advertisement or promotional campaign (free or paid for) on Members' web-sites. Infobanc will not share monetary or otherwise benefits accruing from such advertisement/promotion campaigns with members.

Free business e-mail will be a web-based POP3 e-mail service. Members will be able to send and receive e-mails by log-in to their web-mail account. Members agree not to send bulk, unsolicited e-mail (commonly known as 'spam') from their free web-site/business e-mail. Infobanc follows a zero tolerance policy towards spam and will suspend web-site/business e-mails of members found to be sending spam.
